The "suite" was huge, and a great deal -- 2 regular sized rooms with a pass-through door to connect them. 2 full baths. Fridge, kitchen table and twin beds in one room, and king size mattress in the other. Decor was nice, Spanish colonial I guess. All the hotel staff was friendly and courteous.
Wireless access never reached the Internet -- although I never went to the front desk to complain, maybe they could have rebooted the modem or something. The breakfast was atrocious, really. Powdered milk, oj from too-sweet concentrate, and my wife and I agreed the eggs weren't quite right -- maybe from powder? I don't want the almost-free breakfast to detract too much, I would definitely stay here again but bring my own groceries and a hot plate. A neutral note -- being LA, I don't know that there are many neighborhoods where you could say for sure, there's no way my car's getting broken into here. The area there sure isn't the greatest, don't leave any valuables in your car day or night, or indeed park your Aston Martin there at all.
I had booked another night to stay until 7/9 when I put deposit down, however it was never recorded, which unfortunately upset the staff, but they were very courtesy, but also let me know that it caused a problem.
The hotel was great and had plenty room. The staff with out the way to make sure I was pleased. The room was very spacious. The one bed room aptnhad 2 baths, kitchen fully equipped. Futon, king size bed, twin bed, and a sofa. Me and my family were pleased.
My room was short on face towels and when we first entered the room it seemed as though it had been closed up for a while.
I was in Anaheim for a trade show and for my purposes, the hotel was acceptable. For a small family or a couple who wished to prepare a meal or two each day, the supplied kitchenette would be an a asset.
somewhat dated room is the only complaint - possibly time for new construction.
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. In the end it offered everything that my wife & I needed for our stay and wuld be happy to stay again.
Small issue that the hotel cannot fix, lack of eating options close by.
Good value for a family and the breakfasts were excellent value.
it was very private and peaceful would love to go back for any future trips
The Hotel Pepper Tree was easy to find. When I arrived I found the property to have an exotic and tastefully decorated appearance from the exterior. When I entered the hotel lobby, I was promptly and cheerfully greeted by the front desk staff. I found the room to be quite charming in its own southwest decor motif. The property is convenient to the Anaheim attractions and served us well.
The room was really cozy. We just had the opportunity to stay for one night but I'd like to stay a few more nights if given another opportunity to visit Anaheim. The beds are comfortable, the whole room itself if cozy.
Wifi and Breakfast not free - which would be cool if these were included in the rate. ;-)
Very nice and cosy hotel. Big, spacious and comfortable rooms. Kitchen is a bonus, felt very homely. A few Halal restaurants nearby make it an additional plus point to stay. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Internet access of US$5 for the whole stay is worth it. Will definitely come back again to stay.
It was calm, quiet and we were able to relax. It was also very comfortable.
The only thing we did not like was the check out time, we thought it was to early. We felt rushed.
Great spacious room for great price. Definitely would stay again. Best for long stay for a family -- rooms are like a small apartment.
Wi-Fi was not free, and its signal level was poor.
I loved every minute of it. It was just like it is pictured. The hotel is so clean, the staff is so nice. The room is definatly worth the money and i would definatly recommend it to my friends and family. I deftinatly want to come back!!!!
Friendly staff, decent sized comfortable room with kitchenette area and balcony. Fairly centrally located for all that we required from our visit and reasonably priced.
I loved the room very much it was so cozy and the bed was super soft and amazing and I had a really relaxing night staying at the hotel pepper tree!
nothing at all I just wished I was able to stay longer!
